This water transfer type of Decal which was adopted by US AAF in 1943 had used for marking of Leather Fright Jacket such as A-2, B-3 and B-6 between WWII. This Decal needed some requirement when its apply on leather garments. This set is basic Decal applying kit, include Full Color Decal(4 colors) and some requirement.
