US ARMY M37 BARRACK BAG, 1st, Plain, Scale Down(7/10) Model, Repro.(M.O.C.)
The denim Barrack Bag was standardised on January 4, 1937, and was used by U.S. Army soldiers to carry their everyday clothing. This early model had two drawcords sewn on at the time of adoption. In response to requests for something a little smaller to carry around on the town, the Plain Model, before the soldier's name was stenciled on it, was scaled down to 7/10th the original size, creating the Scale Down (7/10), Plain Model M.O.C. reproduction! !
