These two WWII-style (reproduction) notched dog tag plates can be engraved with up to five lines of alphanumeric characters and symbols, with up to 15 characters per line, and come with a MASH M40 reproduction chain. These plates are versatile and can be used for a variety of purposes, such as engraving your name, phone number, blood type, etc. for emergency identification, or as a gift for a partner with a message engraved!
