The price shown for goods such as Yen5,000 is in Japanese Yen(JPY) and excludes shipping costs. The number of the price is indicated with comma in English style not European style. Please refer to the following example.

By Credit Card:
We accept Visa, Master, Amex and JCB credit cards. Your credit card details will be transmitted in encrypted form under Verisign SSL System.
Process to shipment
When your ordered items are all in stock, your order will be processed for immediate shipment and shipped within 5 business days (usually within 3 days) after your order is submitted to us. We will notify you by email as soon as it has shipped. If we cannot complete your order due to an item/items being out of stock, we will advise you of the amended order total by email within 4 business days (usually within 2 days) after your order is submitted to us. At the same time we will ask you if you accept the amendment or if you have an alternative request such as a change/ cancellation of your order. We never ship incomplete orders without consulting you first.

By PayPal:
We also accept "PayPal" for your payment.
Process to shipment
When you choose "PayPal" for your payment, we will send you a PayPal Invoice to your Registered Email Address at PayPal with our stock confirmation by email within 4 business days(usually within 2 days) after your order is submitted to us. Your order will be shipped within 4 business days(usually within 2 days) after your payment through PayPal has been executed.

By Remittance(Wire Transfer):
We also accept Remittance by wire transfer for your payment. If you choose to pay by wire transfer and the Merchandise Subtotal is under Yen20,000, Yen4,000 will be added to your payment. If the Merchandise Subtotal is Yen20,000 and over , Yen3,000 will be added to your payment. This extra charge is for the international remittance receiving fee charged by our bank.
Process to shipment
When you choose Remittance by wire transfer for your payment, we will notify you of our Bank Details with our stock confirmation by email within 4 business days (usually within 2 days) after your order is submitted to us. Your order will be shipped within 4 business days (usually within 2 days) after we receive your remitted payment.

We have the choices about shipping method as follows.

By DHL:
Shipping by DHL seems to be more reliable and faster than other shipping methods. However, the shipping cost is sometimes a little more expensive than other shipping methods. MASH will cover half the shipping cost for the customers use DHL and the purchase amount exceeds Yen10,000 or more. It will be shown whether DHL can deliver to your country or not, and the shipping cost as well after selecting your country of residence and DHL in the shopping cart. DHL is a global courier company and has built their world wide network, but in exceptional cases delivery to areas outside their network may incur a remote delivery fee. The remote delivery fee are not shown in the shopping cart and will only be informed after you submit your order. If the added remote delivery fee is higher than your expected, it will be possible to change to another shipping method or cancel the order.

By UPS(YAMATO TRANSPORT):
Please check "Your choice of shipping method" at our Shopping Cart whether it is available to ship by UPS(YAMATO) or not. If it is available to ship by UPS(YAMATO) and EMS, we recommend to ship your order by UPS(YAMATO). Shipping by UPS(YAMATO) is faster than EMS. Although the freight is slightly more expensive than EMS.

By EMS(Express Postal Mail Service):
Some countries are currently not available for shipping by EMS. Please check "Your choice of shipping method" at our Shopping Cart whether it is available to ship by EMS(Express Mail Service) or not. And please be aware that it may take some more weeks than usual to be delivered, even if it is available to ship by EMS.

By Airmail Small Packet:
Some countries are currently not available for shipping by Airmail Small Packet. Please check "Your choice of shipping method" at our Shopping Cart whether it is available to ship by Airmail Small Packet or not. And please be aware that it may take some more weeks than usual to be delivered, even if it is available to ship by Airmail Small Packet.

The Shipping Costs are indicated automatically in the "Shopping Cart" once you have entered the country you are located in, and your preferred shipping method and payment method. The shipping costs indicated automatically is the maximum shipping costs which will be charged on your payment. But we will notify and charge you the actual shipping cost after we pack your order. The actual shipping cost charged on your payment will be same or less than the estimated shipping cost indicated automatically in the "Shopping Cart".
The Shipping Costs include a premium to cover the actual amount of the loss, theft or damage while being handled by the Postal Service or International Courier Service.
The Shipping & Handling Costs you pay are not refundable on returns.

You should be aware that your country may impose import duties, payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties. These charges are not refundable on returns.

If you are not satisfied with the size or other aspect of the goods, they can be replaced, or alternatively, a full money refund made by return, (Less Shipping Costs, Bank charges or PayPal's charge in case you pay by Remittance or through PayPal, and any Refunding costs, if necessary) provided it is dispatched for return within 7 days from receipt of the goods, UNWORN (except for trying on purposes of course). Please send an email to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. Please be aware that you will be liable for the postage payable to make your return - these postage costs are not refundable on returns.

IMPORTANT: When returning goods, please make sure you state on the customs declaration that the goods are 'being returned to the Manufacturer for replacement/refund'.

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form under Verisign SSL System.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

The Contract will be governed by the laws of Japan and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Japanese Courts.

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
