Tiger Camo in Vietnam War
Postscript / Research cooperation & References/Materials
Postscript
Fascinated by Tiger Camo Prints, as I continued my research I became convinced that many tiger camo prints originated and made in Japan their homeland. And I learned that tiger prints were the product of the advanced craftsmanship of the thousands of textile printers who must have been found throughout Japan in the 60s. What makes me feel a little sad is that the survival of this truly tasteful roller printing method, along with the textile printers who have supported and preserved this traditional technique, is in danger. I sincerely hope that this traditional craft can be preserved for as long as possible.
Finally, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the textile printers and engravers at the many printing factories, as well as the many others who provided cooperation and advice during my research.
